Joan has lived in Southwest Florida for over 40 years. She started her legal career as a legal assistant with the law firm, Lusk, Drasites & Tolisano thirty-six years ago. After becoming a single mom, she decided to go back to school to become a lawyer. Fast forward to today and Joan is following her passion practicing estate planning, real estate and small business law as well as volunteering with charitable organizations and serving on boards to help her community. Joan is married and the proud mom to Christleen and she’s also the proud Gigi to Cole and Chase. Out of the office, in addition to spending time with her family, Joan enjoys her time in the beautiful tropical country, Panama exploring and making new friends.
Also: my favorite vacation spot is where my second home is located, in San Carlos, Panama. I’d rather live in a town, although I love the hustle and bustle of the city, I prefer a town where I get to know my neighbors. My favorite instrument is bass guitar. I don’t play it, I just love to hear it while listening to some good tunes.
