She has over 20 years of customer service in the health care industry from medical billing & collections to managerial responsibilities. She also has over 15 years of marketing and sales experience as a small business owner herself as well as other clients.

She obtained her Bachelors in Business Management and 2nd Degree in International Business from Florida International University in Miami, FL. She’s a single mom and has two beautiful children which keep her grounded and appreciative about the little things in life.

She believes that there should be a balance between your personal and professional life. With this being said, the pay it forward concept should include being involved either in a not for profit organization, become a philanthropist or become a community activist in something you strongly believe in.
